The client brochure, page by page
What your customer actually receives when you send a link — a branded, scrollable brochure that carries the renders, the options, the price and the specification in one place. Here is every page, and what each one is doing for you.
Watch the walkthrough — or follow the written steps below.
The cover
Your company name, your logo and the client’s details open the brochure. This is why the company profile matters: from the first screen it reads as your business, not as software you happened to use.

The renders lead. Where you created more than one customer option, each appears with its own before/after slider so the customer can drag between the existing property and your proposal, option by option.

Below the options, the customer can pick a finish per opening — anthracite on the bay, cream on the side — and the picture of their house updates as they tap. Each swatch names the product and shows its price, including VAT.

When they are happy, they add their name and any note and send it to you. It lands as a “Client responded” badge in your vault, on the project’s timeline, and in your inbox — with exactly what they chose.

Your pricing sits directly beneath the renders, with the price, VAT and total broken out per option. The customer sees what it looks like and what it costs on the same scroll, instead of a render in one place and a spreadsheet in another.

The technical detail for every opening — product, brand, colour, configuration and hardware. This is what turns a nice picture into a document a customer can compare against other quotes, and what protects you when the order is placed.

A written commentary on the proposal — how the new glazing changes the facade, and the reasoning behind the specification. It gives the proposal the feel of considered design work rather than a parts list.

The link stays live for 30 days and updates when you refresh it, so the brochure evolves as the job does — quote becomes invoice once accepted, and any planning review you have linked appears alongside.
Tips
- Fill in your company profile before you send the first one — the branding runs through every page.
- The brochure opens in any browser with no login, so it works on a phone at the kitchen table.
- Refreshing the share link re-snapshots the project, so send the same link rather than creating a new one.
