How accurate are the renders?

We use per-object inpainting so each pinned window or door is rendered independently. Frame colours, section counts and the rest of the facade are preserved with high fidelity. If a generation is not right, re-run it.
Do my customers need an account to view the brochure?

No. The share link is public. Customers open it in any browser on phone or laptop, scroll through, and pick the option they like. No login, no PDF download, no friction.
Can I add my own products and brands?

Yes. The Custom plan includes custom catalog ingestion — send us your product data and we build a private catalog so your team can quote from it.
What about VAT and international currencies?

We handle UK VAT (inclusive) by default and support currency switching for international users. The invoice surface follows whatever you configure in your profile.
Is my customer data safe?

All project data is stored on Google Firestore and Google Cloud Storage with TLS in transit and at rest. We never train AI models on your customer data.
Can I render extensions and lofts, not just windows and doors?

Yes — with the Building Works add-on. Upload a photo of the property and describe the works (or upload architect / structural drawings) and Unformed renders the finished result photorealistically, editing your actual property photo so the rest of the house stays exactly as it is. It produces the same branded brochure, quote and invoice as a window project, plus a scope-of-works page.
What does the Planning Review add-on do?

It acts as an AI UK planning expert: it reads your drawings, checks the scheme against permitted-development (GPDO) and NPPF rules, researches recent decisions from your local council, and returns a risk-ranked report of what is likely to be refused and how to fix it — plus a shareable, client-branded brochure. It is a monthly add-on with fair-use limits, not charged per review.
What is the AI installer companion?

It is a private link you send to each installer on a job, on the Pro plan. On their phone they photograph every finished window and door from outside and inside. An AI reviewer flags problems it can see in the photo and asks for a retake when a photo is unclear. The installer replies to each point and confirms the work a photo cannot show, and you get a named, time-stamped record. Your customer never sees it. It is a second pair of eyes, not a replacement for inspecting the work.
What if my job is too complex for the AI?

Email support@unformed.app with your photos and what you need. We reply within 24 hours, and on Pro we will render complex jobs for you at no extra charge, such as multi-door porches, wide bi-fold runs and unusual openings.
Can I cancel anytime?

On a monthly plan, yes. Cancel from inside the app, with no calls and no retention forms, and you keep access to the end of the month you have paid for. Your projects stay yours and you can export them at any time. An annual plan is a 12-month commitment: you can cancel it from inside the app to stop it renewing, and you keep access to the end of the year.
What if I choose annual and it is not right for me?

Annual saves 30% on Pro for a 12-month commitment. If you ask within 14 days of your first annual payment, we refund it in full. Email support@unformed.app and say so; there is nothing to prove and nothing to fill in.
