Rendering from drawings

No usable photo? Unformed can render directly from architect or structural drawings — turning technical plans into a visual your client actually understands.

  1. Start a Building Works project

    From the vault, tap “New Project” and choose “Building Works”.

  2. Upload your drawings

    Add architect drawings (proposed plans and elevations) as PDF or image. You can add structural drawings too.

  3. Describe the works

    Summarise the scheme and key materials so the render reflects the finish you’re proposing.

  4. Generate

    Unformed reads the drawings and produces a representative photoreal render of the finished building.

Tips

  • Clear, labelled elevations give the best results.
  • Add a site photo as well if you have one — it gives the render more context.
