Running a Planning Review
A Planning Review checks your scheme against permitted-development and planning rules — and how your council decides similar cases — before you submit. (Planning Review is a Pro add-on.)
Start a review
From Projects, open the “Planning Reviews” tab and tap “+”.

Add the postcode — we auto-detect the council/borough — then the address line and client name.

Say what building works you’re doing, and whether permitted-development rights have already been used. This step matters most — be specific.

Add architect/structural drawings, or toggle “Enter details manually” to fill in a short questionnaire instead.

We parse the documents, check the rules, research your council’s decisions, and produce a risk-ranked report in minutes.
Tips
- Be specific about the works — it drives the accuracy of the whole review.
- You can save a draft and finish later.
