Campaign

Leaflets that show the street, not a stock photo.

Photograph a house on the road you are already working, render new windows and doors onto it, and print a two-sided A5. The homeowner opens a picture of somewhere they recognise — often a house identical to theirs, already changed.

Included in Pro at no additional cost. No add-on, no per-leaflet charge, no separate subscription.

Leaflet the street you are already on

The highest-leverage decision is the road. If you are fitting a job on a street of similar houses, every other house on it has the same era of frames and the same problem — and your van is already outside. Fifty doors on one road beats five thousand across a town, because density is what makes a door-drop read as local rather than junk.

A render does what a discount cannot

A homeowner cannot picture what new windows would look like on their house. That is the whole barrier, and 20% OFF does not solve it — it just competes on price with everything else in the recycling. A photoreal render of a house on their own road makes the decision for them. Same render pipeline as a real job: correct products, correct frame colours, correct scale.

A QR code turns paper into a measurable response

The back of the leaflet carries a QR code pointing at the full interactive before-and-after. The homeowner scans, drags a slider, and spends a minute with the change instead of three seconds with a leaflet. Every scan is a measurable response, so you can compare one street against another rather than guessing whether leafleting works.

A reply becomes a real job, not a retype

When someone gets in touch, convert that campaign into a project in one click. It keeps the render that started the conversation and becomes a normal job — add the survey photos, the measurements, the pricing, the brochure and the contract. Campaigns live in their own tab, so marketing never clutters your real jobs.

Two things worth knowing

Unaddressed door-drops do not need consent under UK GDPR, because putting paper through a letterbox is not processing personal data. Respect “no junk mail” notices, and if you photograph a property, asking the customer whose job you just finished is both easier and better creative — you get a real before-and-after.

The one installers miss: if a homeowner replies and you sign them up at their kitchen table, that is an off-premises contract. Statutory cancellation rights apply, and there is information you are required to give them. Worth reading before the leaflets go out, not after.
